The 30 Day Plan has been put together by Ross who has designed it so everyday you hit all areas of your core, top, bottom and sides. This is vitally important to ensure you're not just targeting one specific area. Each exercise has a video demonstration to go with it. These videos will show the correct technique along with teaching points to avoid injuries and also ways in which to the make the exercises more challenging. These videos are taught by ROC Personal Training, and demonstrated on Luci, who has completed the ROC Personal Training 30 Day Abs Challenge.
